You can also take the still pictures from your video from the Fire Helmet Camera! Just take the footage
of the video and download it to your computer. Then import it to "Windows Movie Maker". It is located under "programs" on
your PC. Then under "tools" click the "take a picture" tab and it will freeze ANY portion of the video you want! This is EXCELLENT
for critiquing and training!
