Q. How much heat can it take?
A. We have had it in several fires where there was rollover, heavy smoke conditions
and extreme temperature. It has worked properly everytime. Remember, "If you are melting your bourke shield, you
are probably melting the camera!" Also, the camera can be unclipped from the helmet in 1 second.

Q. Is it waterproof?
A. YES! It is definately waterproof! Customers actually use it for snorkling!
Q. Does it have audio?
A. Yes! You can even adjust the audio after you video something and download it to "Windows
Movie Maker". This program is on your PC under "Programs" when you hit the green start tab. Email us if you have trouble finding
it.
Q. How much will a 1GB SD card record?
A. At the medium setting, it will record for 1 full hour. At this setting, it is almost
the same, crisp clear setting as the large setting.
Q. Can I use a 4GB SD card?
A. NO. The camera only supports up to 2GB SD cards.
Q. What if I drop it, will it break?
A. NO. The camera is designed to be shock resistant.
Q. Does the camera have a warranty?
A. YES! It has a manufacturers warranty, as well as the 1GB SD card and the battery charger
that is sold as a kit! Any defective units will be IMMEDIATLEY exchanged for a new one.
Q. Can the camera be mounted anywhere on the helmet?
A. Yes! It can be mounted anywhere on the helmet. It comes with a new "fire helmet mount". It
can also be placed on top of the truck, dash, platform nozzle, or anywhere!
